will come as well to 1400 Stuart to visit us in person. Our Redeemer's is an active and faithful

And serve they do! Come and see for yourself and experience the presence of Christ in worship,
study, service and fellowship. I would love the chance to get to know you and to personally
welcome you to Our Redeemer's."

Ministry Team Responsibility - The Lead Pastor is responsible for the ministry of Word and
Sacrament in this congregation, and is responsible for the vision for ministry and to establish
the collective vision for the ministry team. The Lead Pastor serves as the chief executive officer
in regards to the administrative responsibilities for the congregation.
The Call Committee of Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church in Helena, Montana, is seeking an associate
pastor to complete our ministry team. We are looking for a candidate who works well within a ministry
team and who is spiritually committed to Christian education for all ages. The associate pastor shares
preaching duties with the lead pastor and is responsible for the growth and development of the
congregation’s youth and families Christian education programs.
An important responsibility of the associate pastor is preparing young people for confirmation,
including delivering the weekly message for Worship on Wednesday and directing and assisting
confirmation guides. The associate pastor also provides spiritual sustenance to the congregation
by connecting the culture and traditions of Scriptures to current events and daily life.
Our Redeemer's is a growing evangelical ministry that reaches out to traditional and contemporary
members. The associate pastor works with the congregation in welcoming new members and in developing
a sense of community within the congregation.
